Not strictly HSM related, but apparently, Lucas Grabeel has a new song out.

I liked "You Got It" but it's taking me a while to get used to this song. I feel like he's trying to push his sex appeal, like you said. Plus he's a bit more...adult, I suppose the word is (for example, the lyric: I like it dirty, she likes it filthy). Vanessa doesn't really go there, I guess (I've never heard her album) and Ashley kind of goes there. But yeah. The way I see it he's trying so hard to get away from his Disney image that he's going the complete opposite and it's a bit strange.

I really just want him to release and album so we can see whatever vision of his music he has!

It'll be interesting to see him release an album, if nothing else. I just realized who this sort of reminds me of--- it almost seems like a Justin Timberlake song. The similar groove, the repetition, the layering... it's like a less sexy Sexyback, if that makes any sense.
