I should offer up a huge apology for never taking the time to comment on any of your previous stories, even though every one of them was a work of art in its own right. But this? There's no way I can turn away without at least expressing my admiration and my gratitude for your efforts to produce such extraordinary work. Totally unique, and completely engrossing. Jack's voice, endlessly eloquent in his silence, and Ennis confronting the evidence of enduring love and carrying his own despair. Wow! Just . . . wow!
