I hope Ennis can get through his visit with the doctor without embarrassment or shame.
And Jack will have to make up some wild story as to how he got a sore in his mouth. I hope OMT doesn't find out about it. He'd love having new ammunition to use against his son.
Can't wait to see what happens next. At least the two men are finally really together, ready to fight for who they love.
Thanks. Carole

... like I drop dead from excitement halfway through a fuck...
It was nothing fancy, just a long, slow fuck all the way to heaven....
Yer the best shag, Jack Fuckin Twist.

Magic, indeed. The Cumquat liqueur metaphor is a stroke of genius.
...at the age of forty, Ennis was finally, consciously, in love.
This made me teary. Ennis truly does have such a capacity and need for love, and to see him experience what he so long denied himself is so beautiful, and made even more so because Jack is there to catch him. Jack, who no longer has to keep his emotions in check and turn his face away. And how I love the image of Jack walking on a cushion of bright cloud!
"Might a seen it before. Shit, all right, caught a dose once before. Okay, once or twice ... Three. Okay? Three, I swear...
LOL! I love that you never pull any punches. At least he knows what to do. But, oh my - that trip to the clinic is going to be excruciating for Ennis!
This story is such a joy to read. Thanks for leaving us on such a high note. Yee-haw!
