Well, quite a surprise ... for both sides. Not that surprising when you think of it. Makes all very much sense.
I am glad they got it sorted out without too much mess and that the farm is doing well. John approving it or not. They know anyway.

At least Jack's plan didn't totally backfire. Ennis still has his fears, his shame, but the reaction is very different now. He can appreciate Jack's effort and hey, he can even joke about it some.

And the fantasy... just the fact that Ennis finally willing to share that with Jack and let him act on it... awww... that's very sweet already.

And great description of Jack's different state of mind in those stock shows. I've always convinced that Ennis is the only constant that could "tame" Jack Twist :P

Yes, I feel Jack is a highly sexed man who spent so many years in bitter frustration that sometimes he's too keen to push Ennis along, now that he has the chance.

I knew Jack and Ennis can do a better job with business than OMT ! And Jack's b-day present.... he thought of it from his POV, not Ennis' - I know, I made the same mistake... But, as Ennis... and Shakespeare said, all is well when it ends well, right ?! :)
