As always...long time no post.
I recently bought a juicer and have added fresh fruit and vegetable juice to my diet. This seems to have really ramped up my weight loss.
Due to some birthday celebrations in July I was not quite at my 5 pounds a month weight loss goal and adding the juice has really helped. I've now lost a total of 40.6 pounds

Do you like the juicing thing? Are you doing it every meal for the full 30 day cleanse?

I am not juicing for every meal really. I'm juicing for breakfast and dinner, buying a "juice" for lunch. At breakfast and lunch I eat a mini luna bar and at lunch I add a piece of fruit. I also eat a meal between lunch and dinner that normally contains rice, a fat, and maybe a protein. All that time I do still count my weight watchers points. On the weekends I've kind of been eating whatever I want but my stomach is shrinking due to eating less food.
