I kept hearing "The Ultmate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny" in my head as I was writing this first bit.

Gah! I adore TakeChargeUhura. I'm so glad you didn't write that with Spock in the dominate position. It worked so much better and made more sense for Uhura to after fighting for Spock.

I am really liking the idea of Nyota being the one that fights over him-despite Vulcan custom maintaining that the men fight over the women... I'f like to think that in Spock's case there would be an exception to that rule.
