Authors Notes: Written for the twins_x_ratch Wrench of Inspiration #24 prompt of Words. There was a challenge issued about using three of the words in a 100 word drabble. And we all know what my response to challenges regarding drabbles are ( Three's a Charm and Days of Fire anyone?). I used five words as they were in the list, and used a verb of another.
Feedback makes friends. Flames dealt with by the masters of paranoia and fire, Red Alert and Inferno.
"Bubblegum." Ratchet's tone was flat. If they were human, Sideswipe would be white as he faced Ratchet.
"Yeah." He shifted uncomfortably, suddenly aware of why the Decepticons nicknamed him the angel of death. Ratchet shook his head, tramping to the drawer containing the all-purpose solvent.
"Siesta time." Ratchet muttered, plugging in and sending Sideswipe into stasis. It would be easier for him to remove the bubblegum from Sideswipe's engine without the frontliner online.
"Sometimes..." Ratchet murmured fondly. "I think I should just keep you in a cage to stop you getting damaged." Even though he knew that wouldn't stop Sideswipe.
I'm amused at the fact my header is longer than the drabble.
