December 9 - burke
Mirage burked all enquiries into why his servant had left. He didn’t want to tell anyone the real reason; that he’d fired him because his feelings for his common servant were becoming too much to handle. How would that look in Towers society? So he struggled on, looking for another servant, someone who was far less pleasant on the optics than Hound.
Hound… he hadn’t realised when he’d hired the mech just how much of an impact he would have on his life. Mirage wouldn’t have changed a thing though. Except perhaps the Towers prejudice against nobles and commoners together.
