Sometimes sitting on a couch watching movies or TV shows is the perfect way to release ones self from the pressures and stresses and hardships of daily life.

Things are well enough. Smoking too much and worrying and trying not to think, but all is well. No crazy moments. How bout you?

When I was really miserable a few years ago I forced myself to journalise five good things about every day.. If you journey back far enough here you'll get to that. The entries make me look like Captain Vapid but it was useful for coping. Maybe this'll be good for you?

Then again, all I've been doing lately is ignoring shit, and I don't have anything really useful to avoid. So what do I know!

Smoking is ucky but it happens. There are lots of things in my life I say "fuck it" to quitting as well..
