i just listened to jewels new album that comes out may 2nd on vh1.com. its such a load of bullshit i am so disappointed....again. she said it was going to be "raw" "back to her roots" "acousticy" more like pieces of you...it sounds like shit. it reminds me of like kelly clarkson but worse. i feel sad. she is such a good songwriter...her ( Read more... )

That is really too bad to hear.

I am SURE that I have some GENUINE "raw," "acousticy," pretty female folk music that you would like. Off the top of my head, I think that you would like Marissa Nadler and Vashti Bunyan. I will have to get some to you. (I know that I have been saying this forever.)

So, how shall I get the music to you? Mail you burned cdr copies? That's boring. Handing them to you in person would be more fun. We still haven't had our coffee date, have we? ;)

Heh that made me chuckle. I use to like jewel a lot but same happened for me as you. I can se eyou getting all angry over it, it's cute.

im just stupid and i still kept buying her albums and thinking the next one has to be better than this...but no.
