I'm FINALLY getting around to crossposting some fic that I did for various Challenges.

And yeah, you know, IF A KITTEN WERE A FIC OF MINE IT WOULD PRETTY MUCH BE SOMETHING LIKE THIS I GUESS? All the things I actually have a lot of affection for in the HP universe, transplanted into a canon about which I have less complicated feelings. <3

The houses are perfect. I'm restraining myself from smishing them as they are not actual things that I can smish, but if I would, I could. OF COURSE Katara and Aang and Toph are Gryffindor and OF COURSE Sokka is in Ravenclaw (the idea house for the idea guy!) You play clever parallels with Roku being the headmaster and him being the one to go to Aang and inform him of his wizard status ( ... )

It's funny, because I haven't really been in HP fandom for a while and was worried about how well I'd be able to deal with it. But as Clio pointed out, I've probably forgotten more about HP than most folks ever know. =______=

And yes, this is absolutely now on my list of "stuff I should maybe write some more fic about, should the opportunity present itself". ^_^;;;;

I found you through your FFN stories that someone had on their fic rec page. I adore your stuff. Please don't think that I don't like this story from this next comment, because I very much love it, and I usually avoid crossovers like the plague.

But I got to thinking that I would have the Avatar cast be in a Chinese magical school instead of Hogwarts...and now I have a plotbunny that won't shoo. So thank you for the inspiration. I hope you don't mind if I friend you.
