this just hit me... why do so many people hate christianity? and like embrace other religions? im sorry but religion is religion, everyone is so pissed that the world is so divided, but its what each individual believes in. is it because bush is christian? cuz im pretty sure there are like a hundred different christianities

No one hates christianity, its a personal decision that a person makes.
What people hate are the christians who impose their beliefs on society, and feel that they are infallible. As a result, gays cannot marry even though the divorce rate in America is 62% among heterosexual marriages (which I guess kinda destroys that whole sanctity of marriage bullshit), evolution is dismissed as a sacrilege, and people are vilified for not embracing YOUR beliefs as their own.

If we have religious fundamentalists running the government, we are no different than any of the radical religious leaders in regimes we seek to unseat. It's kind of pathetic, actually.
