I have a question to anyone who saw weatherman... but if you haven't don't read this
When I saw this movie the vocals cut out during a rather long time and they gave me a free ticket after but the people that worked at theater didn't really see the part and said "I guess the sound cut out or something" when they gave it to us. Now everyone insists that this was not supposed to happen, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't, but the fact that I could still hear background music during the whole time. Also the fact that the vocals started again when his father said "I read your book" makes me wonder if maybe it was supposed to be that way, both scene's this happened in, I felt, Made total sense without any diolog. Please if anyone has seen the movie tell me if there was diolog during the scene where he tells his son about beating up his counselor and the one where his father plays "like a rock" for him. thank you.
So I cut and pasted that from my imdb.com post about it and am to lazy to change it to fit this post. get over it.
well later
*update* about five minutes after I posted the above question on imdb.com someone posed this in response
"Did you see it at Crossroads, in Bellevue WA? =)"
Small fucking world hey?
