I am getting very excited because I have only 2 more days of work before Shawn and I are headed out on our Christmas extravaganza! I can't wait. We leave Saturday for my parent's farm in Kentucky. We will stay there for a couple of days then drive to East TN to visit the rest of the family - grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins. Then we will be

Wow, lots of time off and lots of fun! Sounds great.

Hmm, traditions...we each open one present on Christmas eve and my immediate family has a nice big dinner. Then Christmas moring everyone gathers at my aunts house. I also love making cookies at Christmas, gonna have to start that up soon!

no tradition anymore. just alot of running around between familes that weekend before x-mas. matts dad and uncle the friday before x-mas. his mom and grandparents and aunts that live 3 hours away that he never see on sat. my parents and aunt and uncle on x-mas eve. then on x-mas day back to matts moms house because it is her birthday and then to my other aunts house for the grand dinner. lord. too much running. his parents have to be divorced. lol. ahhh the insanity. i am getting my new car today i think. goodie gum drops. yuckie for car payments as i didnt have them with the neon, it was paid off.

Yes, I understand the running around part about Christmas. It gets crazy doesn't it?
So - what kind of car are you getting?
I have a 99 Toyota Corolla that I am hoping will last me forever because I don't want car payments either. But I know one day it will happen :(
