I am so excited. I just signed up for a Women's Running Clinic that is for beginning runners to work together to run a 5K. I have had a goal of running a 5 K for a long time and though I am in pretty good shape, on my own I am too lazy to force myself to run 3 miles straight. I get bored (and tired) after the first mile or so. I am hoping this

It is very hard to motivate yourself to run isn't it? I am not sure why - but I know if the people from The Biggest Loser can do it, there is no reason I can't!
