you could be in a state of chronic dehydration. i was talking to my doctor recently and many people believe they have chronic fatigue, come to him to whinge about it, and he's all "h20, you douchebag."
make a real effort to drink at the very least 1.5 litres of water a day for two weeks. with a regular sleeping pattern, and okay food, you will feel the difference.

I'm going to try carrying around a water bottle like a wanker, see if it makes a difference.
