hey i would like to add you to my friends list...also...how do you make your friends only entry thing? i know how to make each individual entry friends only but i would like a friends only banner.
Well, the only way to "Friends Only" your journal is to individually make all your entries "Friends Only". It's a tedious task, but that's the only way to go about doing it.
As for a banner, all you have to do is actually make the banner (or have someone else do one for you) and then make one entry public posting the picture/banner. That way people can comment to be added, but none of your journal entries can be read. :)
i have a question..i got one of those birthday things from jippy.com and it gives me a link to use to put in my info but its not working! lol how did you get yours to work?
Well, I did the same thing you did. I just posted the code that they gave me. I just filled out all the info until I got to the last page and then copy and pasted the code.
Are you sure you copy and pasted the whole code? Because I've had that problem in the past where I thought I got the whole code, but when I looked back at it (or did it again), I saw that I missed either the very first or very last line or part of the code. That'll sometimes keep the whole thing from working. Try it again and see if it works.
Hmm...then I wonder what's wrong with it. Maybe it's a problem that Jiffy.com is having. *shrugs* Cause I know that's the only thing that I could think of.
