Ya know...I don't think I like volleyball very much. I mean, PE is usually my best subject though I tank at everything else so sports are somethin' I'm just naturally good at most of the time. And it ain't like I ain't thrown around a volleyball before. And I've been doin' that more often now that we're around beaches all the time. But I guess none ( Read more... )

zaizen's a wuss, last night was fun~!, need a job, sleepin' on the beach, koshimae, my head hurts, volleyball = fail

(Ahh, gomen~ Think almost all our balls went into the crowd. We weren't tryin' to hit nobody though!) Can't talk for Koshimae, but I'm okay~! I've been hit harder with worse things than a volleyball before. Though it did sure smart like hell, that's fer sure~! And I don't remember the first few minutes after bein' hit, just that I was layin' on the ground afterwards. But I'm fine now. I didn't hit the ball that hard though. ...Or well, not as hard as I've hit a lot of tennis balls in the past. Guess volleyballs are more fragile though.

Eh, I won't say never 'cause maybe if I get some practice...and maybe play with somebody that ain't you, I'd do better and not get hit by my own shot. Speakin' from experience, lemme say that that don't mean they won't still find out it happened. Family's got a weird way of learnin' 'bout what embarrassin' things happen to you.

Yeah, maybe practice would help, but I'm out of it. 'Sides, how often will any of us have to play that, anyway? Yeah, I know they'll find about about it, but it's better than them having been there when it happened to see it all.

I go ta Rokkaku now, Koshimae. They like ta play beach volleyball 'round here all the time. So I know I'm gonna play it again. Just a matter of time. So somebody's gonna get hurt again if I don't figure out howta play right. ...Don't jinx it. Somebody mighta brought a camera or somethin' with 'em while we were playin'.
