I’ve just gone to cook my dinner and as normal I flicked the TV on for background noise when a report about a shooting in a college in Virginia comes on.

22 people dead, with another 20 or injured/ suspected dead.

The whole thing brought tears to my eyes.

Seriously, what drives people to do something like that?

I don't know what makes them do it but I hope they don't find a Sepultura LP in his apartment and glibly blame rock music as opposed to the real reasons which we rarely find out. I hate it when that happens...

My sympathies are with them...this is truly shocking.
