The singer said she wanted to "open up our home and help one child escape an extreme life of hardship, poverty and in many cases death".

Oh I am sure she will get the child as she does have so much money. It's shite for people who would love to adopt a child and would raise it themselves rather than letting their assistant do it.

I heard it was something to do with her visa which is why she had to leave early. I'm pissed off with people slagging her off over all this (I'm not having a dig at you, just people in general :oP ). Do people slag off the other celebs who adopt from overseas? If she can help just one child escape poverty then surely she should be praised.
