*smacks BusinessWeek upside the head* Okay, clearly their list is skewed, because there are a LOT of Marvel people over there and if the Marvel people were really smart, they'd go become DC characters. So there.

...We can pretend Spidey is really Ted? He almost is anyway, except younger and angstier. And spidier.

I like that the guy from Marvel says, "Oh, society is definitely at a point where we could introduce a female science genius, but she wouldn't become as iconic as the older characters" and apparently, that's enough to keep them from including one in the first place.

See, now Ted is feeling fat and Spidey is feeling scrawny. I can't decide if them meeting would be the best thing ever or the worst.
