You know, one of the funnest ways to learn UNIXy stuff is to run it on your machine. That also means you can learn how to run apache and have hands-on experience setting up and running Tomcat. Basically it starts you getting experience in more jobby type things. It can be fun.

Yea I gotta have a delve into J2ME. Also I've got a few questions for you about porting java stuff to a mobile.

There's loads of mod pics at www.dawnofwargame.com I think it is. As for porting stuff onto mobiles I've never done it. I was going to get the cable to connect a nokia phone to a USB port, but it cost 50E. Like hell I'm paying that for a piece of insulated copper wire with an adapter on each end! NEVER! Thanks to Joe Carthy.
