Any idea where the kid is from? It's weird and silly and small but there are certain ways he pronounces things that at the least make me doubt he is from St Louis.

Reasons to bother asking:
He has a voice that will draw attention if there isn't any already.
How and where he got his global consciousness at such an age.
more but my brain died.
