Oh no! Sharon! And not just because I was planning on shooting her in an upcoming chapter! Oh no! Brilliant as usual, this part was so heart wrenching when Brenda realized she didn't know much about her, that was sad.

Can't wait for more!

Thanks - the form part was one of my favorite to write... They kept not talking and eventually it became too late to talk :(

Wow. Hats off to you, queen of angst. I don't know if this is the right way to describe it, but that felt really honest. Beautifully written and really gave you a sense of the competing emotions brenda has to deal with. Will be interesting to see what happens when Laura (and presumably Willie Rae?) turns up. Lookig forward to the next instalment!

I will gladly accept honest as it's a MAJOR complement!

No, no, no, no....not Sharon. Please make her better fast :(

Let Mama Johnson come and take care of everyone and they all live happily ever after.

At least let Brenda be there when Sharon wakes up, and, oh yeah, she needs to be holding Sharon's hand at the time :)

I've JUST been catching up (AND OHMYGOSH! SO MANY AMAZING STORIES ALREADY!), but *gasp* This certainly has me on the edge of my seat. Also, I am stunned and amazed at how well you managed to make Brenda's perception of the experience and what's happening so real. I literally felt her sense of shock and displacement in the event, and I'm DEFINITELY looking forward to the next part. (In fact, I am very ANXIOUSLY doing so. LOL!)
