"How full of the creative genius is the air in which these are generated I should hardly admire more if real stars fell and lodged in my coat" ~Henry David Thoreau
Beautiful and inspiring! I think I might have to go home and cut out a zillion snowflakes to hang everywhere... I'm even pondering ways to make them out of waterproof materials to hang from trees... Hmmmmmm! :-)
Wow these look fabulous! Thank you for taking the time to post. Based on your 2007 post I look around on the holidays to teach my niece and nephew and never found really good ones like the ones you've done and show examples of.
Here's the thing about people who say "You should sell them" It's more of a compliment than anything else. The laws of supply and demand are fickle. Perhaps if you added a bunch of glitter, and did some fancy packaging (made by elves, sent by reindeer post with a hoof print on the front) it might bring some revenue if it spread virally for folks who like unique decorations, or marketed as gifts for people that have everything (Giant North Pole flakes that don't melt :)
Thank you for the tutorial! I was never any good at making those but I'll have to give it another try. You are so sweet...you do the nicest things. ^_^
