8. Darth Maul (Star Wars Ep. I)
7. Ganon (Legend of Zelda series)
6. Pyramid Head (Silent Hill 2, movie)
5. Mother Brain (Metroid)
4. The Bug Queen (Star Fox: Assault) I mean, it imitates Fox's dad, just to make him join their side... original, but classic
3. Catalina (GTA: Liberty City)
2. Ryder and Big Smoke (GTA: San Andreas)
1. Bowser (Super Mario Bros.)
