I wouldn't use it to that extent. I was simply absent for a good deal of time and restrained by some outside interference. I make it sound terrible, but it really wasn't.

No. You have freed yourself from that bond and you are stronger for it.

I respect and honour him still. He did what he believed would be best for me. He didn't need to see me again, and it might have been better that he hadn't.

Trainers don't need Pokémon of manipulative means. Just the same as Pokémon do not need trainers of deceptive deeds.

I am not as plagued as I once was. It is more or less a guideline for how I proceed along this future path of mine. Wouldn't you agree?

Perhaps. That depends on the end result, and what you want that end result to be in the meantime.

And what do you want yours to be, aside from total and utter conquest? No. Perhaps that is all you want.

I do not seek conquest. That is meaningless. To rule by force with no greater goal but to maintain that rule? Nothing can be gained from that.

What I want, what the end result must be, is a peaceful, logical universe.
