"Gettysburg Yearbook Experience"

Here are the pics that I promised you, plus my special, little commentary (hehe...):

This...is the Masters Hall, where I got to go to lab for. (Design Focus I) Oh so fun it was...not.

The fountain! Woop woop. Hehe...yeah. This is in front of "The Masters Hall". Lol...in the rules it says (one sec and I can directly quote the thing) "At no time are participants allowed in the fountain outside Masters Hall." Damn...that ruined my experience. Heh, but of course, there were definitely people in the fountain at some point. Not really in, but close enough.

"Modern art" This moving "sculpture" is in front of the awesomely-named "Science Building" Very creative, wouldn't you say? But, I like it...'cuz it looks cool and it sorta spins...very slowly, but it still moves. It freaked my friend, Tina (from Design Focus I...my "lab"), out, which is funny.

Dun dun dun...the Science building. This is where my theme group (all five of us from County) met in a room (Room 200...ha ha!) and tried to think up a theme. What is funny was that most of our theme exploration occured FAR away from this effing building. Nice building, and it was air-conditioned, too. Heh. But...um...the theme groups met here, as I stated before. :Þ

Awesome-ass pic of the giant chess board in front of the Science building. I'm gonna blow it up and put it on my wall. Yes, I took this...which amazes me. I love it. Absolutely adore it.

Another view of the chessboard. I would have loved to have played someone on it, but...I don't how to play chess. Pathetic, huh? Yeah...well...the most action I saw on it (wow, that sounds raunchy...) was when I saw these three kids throwing the pieces around. Morons...

Crappy pic of Science 200 (the room in the science building where theme group was held). This was from (or close to) the seat that I sat in...

The Stine Building. A.k.a.: Pit of hell dorm that I was forced to spend four nights in. Yeah...no air conditioning...

Another view of the pit of hell.

The second floor hallway that (at the end of this) led to my dorm.

I messed with this one in HP Image Zone and titled it "Evil Halls of Doom". I found it fitting...

My door, with its number on it.

Better pic entitled "Evil Dorm of Doom". Yeah, no air-conditioning. I pretty much spent about five minutes a day in which I wasn't asleep actually in this dorm. I hated it, and fled to the nearest air-conditioned building, which was the College Union Building. The Junction (a cool, little Hangout place...that was indeed awesome) was in the CUB (college union building), so it definitely worked out. AC is underrated. I highly enjoy it now. Lol...

Inside of my small, hot dorm. There was BARELY room for two dressers, two desks, and two crappy, cot-like beds. Speaking of beds...

The bed I slept in for four days. It was shit. Plain and simple. Gah...but...umm, as you can see, I was already packed up. (Bags at the end of the bed...yeah.) So, I had packed up the sheets & stuff that I had brought with me so that it wasn't too unbearable. Would've sucked just to have this. *shudder*

The Dining Hall, where half of my time was spent. The breakfasts and desserts were good, but some of "entrees"/dinner food was questionable. That's cafeteria food for you...

And here are Ashley (left) and Lisa (right), two new staffers. Poor them. But, they were funny...and fun to hang out with. One reason why I can't wait for school next year.

Umm...some building that I thought looked cool. On-campus. Hold on a sec. Glatfelter...I think. Weird name, but I didn't pick it.

Same building, different view. I liked this view. i also had better pics taken of it, that Target randomly decided not to develop yet give me the negatives of...so I get to bitch to them about it. Um...yeah. Moving on...

Apparently, this Glatfelter building was haunted. With a name like that, it doesn't surprise me. But...yeah, remember that "Ghostwalk Tour" I said was crappy in my last entry about yearbook camp. This was one of the "stops" that the "tour guide" took us on a told us a "scary, ghost story" *cough* *cough* *cough* *coughing FIT* Ahem...yeah, it was stupid...never go on it. The Ghostwalk Tour, that is. *rolls eyes at the stupidity*

Then, a pic of the building from around the time that it was built. yeah...I just hit the "antique" button, and this is what I got. Looks...interesting, so I decided to lie to you. ^_~

Musselman Library. Or, as Ashley wanted it: The Ashley Library. heh...stupid, but not long, story that you don't want to get into. Random-ness is fun. But...yeah, I never got to go in 'cuz I never really had the time to.

Oh, look! Another aged pic of that Glatfelter building thingy. I still love the name...

Random stone on campus.

Story (heh): I was walking around (all in the same day) getting all of these pictures that I wanted, when I saw this image (it looked much cooler in real life) of a waving flag on the utter top of a building. It was just REALLY cool, so I decided to take a picture of it.

Back in 1863, after The Battle Of Gettysburg. Okay, not really, but I can dream, can't I?

Well...that's it. Cya
