Aside from the fact the dumb writers killed off Will for no reason, they couldn't even handle the funeral properly. Sonny was Will's legal spouse yet he sat a row back so Will's grandmother, step grandfather, and uncle could sit in front and comfort Sami. Justin and Adrienne were nowhere to be found unless they were in the very back hiding.
The only persons trying to comfort Sonny were Gabi and Paul. I don't believe for a second Paul doesn't have ulterior motives. He will be on the next plane to Paris after Sonny and all of Will's fears will come to fruition, of screen of course. They don't seem to want to write for a young gay couple. Ugh! I have not been a fan of this writing change.
I should add that FS still did an outstanding job with what he was given. He and BD playing Lucas were the highlights of this episode. They expressed the grief that we all are feeling.
Yes I thought the actor who is Lucas has done a very credible job of his grief this whole time. Ugly cry and all, I got a lump in my throat and I'm a cold hearted snake.
The funeral was as annoying as the rest of the story line for me anyway.
Sadly I am now sort of scouring the interwebs for Abbie and Chad storyline. sigh. I want to be done with you Days. Done I say.
