I suppose I should post this....

Name: Tom Marvolo Riddle

Nicknames: Only my dearest and most loyal companions are given that sort of knowledge. I have confidence, however, that one day the world will know me by a new name worthy of my talent.
.
Birthday: December 31st
Age: 17
School Year: Seventh Year

Which House: Slytherin
Reasoning?: Being a descendent of Salazar Slytherin myself, it is only natural to assume that I would be placed into his house. I am quite proud of my lineage, as should be any self-respecting wizard, provided they have a lineage worth a shred of pride.

Appearance: Tall for my age, chiseled features, wavy dark hair, and deep brown eyes.

Personality: I am smart, charismatic, charming, and exceptional. I love my school of Hogwarts and get along rather well with my teachers and classmates. I do not get upset easily, but when I do, I am sure no one desires to upset me again. I enjoy my Defense Against the Dark arts class the most, am prone to do extra studying during my free time on topics that interest me, and especially enjoy magical experimentation. I tend to respect people with pure bloodlines and am rather obsessed with family trees.

Extra: I love to read and am fascinated by Muggle philosophy, especially some of the more “eccentric” types such as Nietzsche, Darwin, or Hitler. While I do not normally think highly of anything Muggle-related, I do believe that the aspect of philosophy is one in which our wizarding world would greatly benefit from. Ideas such as the “will to power” or the “superior race” and the evils of its corruption are things I believe have more weight in the magical community, who alone can take these philosophies further and to greater ends than the Muggles ever imagined. I believe that to embrace such philosophies would bring about a Golden Age for witches and wizards everywhere who could rise to their full potential and bring about a correct hierarchy into nature. I see it as my personal duty to try to live out these philosophies as best I can, and use any means necessary to persuade others to do likewise.
I detest politics. In my opinion, the whole Ministry is a scam and bundle of confusion and base arguments. I personally think our system of government needs to change completely, and it is one of my goals to do my part in ensuring it does, for the good and uplifting of our community.
I like to collect things of symbolic value such as trophies from people I have a personal vendetta against, ancient artifacts, heirlooms, things of great value, etc.
Many people seem to enjoy asking me about my “ideal type of girl”. First of all I would like to mention that this idea of “marrying for love” is one of the pollutants in our magical world. It is this strange, irrational emotion that causes good witches and wizards to run after the basest of folk, even Muggles, without any care to their race, magical abilities, skills, uses, etc. The result has been a diluting of magical bloodlines and a disrespect of our wizarding heritage that should place us above such persons as their rulers. That being said, if I should ever be inclined to marry, it would not be because of this primitive notion of “love” that so many of my colleagues are obsessed with. Rather, my ideal wife would be someone of a pure bloodline, talented in all areas of magical ability, subservient, loyal to only me, in agreement with all of my opinions and interests, willing to do all I ask, exceptionally beautiful, intelligent, useful, and resourceful. Only a wife such as this could be worthy of fighting alongside me for the causes which are so near to my heart. However, given our current infected state of society, I highly doubt such a woman exists.
Despite my so-called “discriminations against non-magical folk”, I have a high respect for those of our community who are often overlooked such as werewolves, vampires, dementors, and other such creatures whom I believe to be of more use, purity, power, and respect as creatures either on or close to our level of prestige and certainly much more valuable than the Muggles we work so hard to protect. I also have trouble grasping the difference between the normal abilities we are allowed to use and the Dark Arts. Why are some magical talents preferred over others? Magic is magic and all of it, I believe, is beneficial to the prosperity and perpetuating of the magical community. I have not found many professors who agree with me, no doubt due to the brainwashing effects of the Ministry, but among the students these ideas are starting to blossom and find approval.

Blood Status: I am, regrettably, a half-blood, but in my ideal world, such monstrosities would never need take place.

History: I never knew my parents. I grew up in a Muggle orphanage whose horrors imposed on me the unworthiness of Muggles for any type of respect or protection from the magical community. I became aware of my talents from an early age as I found I had exceptional “persuasive” skills, power over animals, and an uncanny ability to move things on command. My first encounter with the magical world came when a professor at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardy found and told me of my magical heritage and brought me to this school. Since then, it has become my home and my life, and I dread each year my summer return to the orphanage. I long daily for the time when I shall no longer have need of any Muggles.
