Willa Ford thank God! Where've you been all my life? I've been trying to find new york buddies for weeks since I moved here completely forgetting you moved in with a bunch of queens from brooklyn so now we must hang out every day. One time in the pouring rain I was getting on the bus and trying to be real careful because I'd just gotten my hair done so I waited until the last second to snap my umbella shut. Apparently when I did I did it in some guy's face. He got all upset about it and I'm like, sweetheart, it's fucking pouring anyway! And he's an old guy with no hair, I'm a young woman with lots of hair, which by the way got ruined. You're recording a new album? Nice to know at least one of us still has faith! Let's hang out.

I was going to close myself off to the world, and just keep to myself and the 5 queens that I live with, but then I got kicked out by one of them for not flushing the toilet after I was done. Now, I get kicked out of everywhere, but this was my own apartment we are talking about here. I hate it when it's nice outside, and so you decide to go and get your hair done because you think it's the perfect day, and then just as you're finished at the salon it starts to rain. We can hang out, and I can show you some of my new material, and we can duet because we know that as much as I record, my album is never going to be released.
