I need help with my computer!! I am computer retarded. Does anyone know a good way to get spyware and adware off a computer that works. I bought a new dell computer this summer and I have spyware on it. I have no idea how I got it. I really don't do that much on the internet. It sucks all the popups and other stuff. Your best choices are going to be Spybot Search and Destroy & AdAware. I'd use the two in combination though. They are both free and pretty simple to use, you can get them at these links:
