I would appreciate it! I am trying to improve after not writing fic for a while.

I'm doing my best to develop a tough skin, but some people feel more comfortable giving concrit privately and I respect that. If you want to email it to me go for it at oddsandbodkins at gmail.com! (Just replace the "at" with the "@" symbol, I'm trying to avoid robots and spiders, is all.) Or you can just post it in this thread.

ingratiatingly sycophantic toad is perhaps THE best description of Jaken I have read in fanfic. Ever.

If you're the same peacewish who wrote all those really great, really loooong CCS fics on fanfiction.net then wow, I'm pretty lucky to be getting praise from you!

Not that I'm not flattered to get praise anyhow, but!! :D Yay. Thanks!

Aw, always nice to meet a fan, especially outside the CCS fandom. I look forward to reading more Inufic from you in the future.

That was very good. I liked the feel of the first part. The cut to Rin's wedding day was a bit confusing to me, but perhaps I missed something? It felt abrupt. But then, it is just bit of a drabble. :-)

Great job. And I agree on the description of Jaken. Heh, perfect!

Yeah, it was a bit abrupt. Mostly I wanted to show that Kagome might be on to something on one hand, but could completely not understand traditional ways of thinking on the other. And a quick flash forward seemed like the best way to do that, but maybe showing how she was wrong over time might have worked, too. *Scratches chin.* I'll think about it for next time.

I'm glad people like what I did with poor Jaken. The effeminate toad gets the short stick in life. Poor grumpy.

This was great. You did a good job at portraying two different women of two completely different era. Keep up the good work! I love introspective pieces like this!
