Yuzu and kitchen stuff~

Last year's Yuzu jam turned out so well that I couldn't wait for that one neighbor in my street to start handing out free yuzu... But usually they don't seem to start until the yuzu are so ripe that they start falling off the tree by themselves in February... I'm not sure I'd say I'm good when all I did was follow the steps from a recipe, haha. This is the recipe! I think anyone could probably make it as long as you can find some fresh yuzu ^o^

Thanks for the recipe! I still think it looks tricky, though, so bravo on making it successfully! ^_^
Unfortunately no yuzu where I live -_- I wonder if we can make this with oranges...I'll have to see...

Actually, you probably could make it with oranges! But orange peels are thicker, so you'd probably have to slice them very thinly and boil them longer. Sounds tasty too though :3
