i was hitting the pell today and i had a little lightning bolt hit my brain. while doing the duke sean slow drill of throwing slowly, sarting with the hips and rolling the hand off the shoulder, i noticed that i can throw a wrap with that motion almost as fast as a snap, and i realized that i am wasting a huge amount of motion with my wraps trying
