I went with J and saw Troy today and while the screenplay wasn't that great, the scenery was. When I say scenery I'm not talking about the Mexican backdrop of Greece; I'm talking, Orlando, Eric and Brad. Riding horses??? Sure it's manly and all but..??
I hear Paris lives too?? Now granted I don't remember everything by any means but....Paris lives?

I want to know If there is enough Sean Bean in it to be worth the $13?

I would say that Bean did a great job, mind you, he's not flexing like Pitt and Bana. Not playing the pretty boy Grecian soldier, the elder statesman I guess, very respectable and I figure you will swoon once you see him. I saw epic LOTR in this film and I think H-wood needs to lay low on the epics until LOTR has time to rest in peace. Jackson deserves it!

Is your matinee price cheaper than the full-on ticket price? J and I went for $15.00 + popcorn and our drinks. I say go for it and at the very least, you'll guffaw at the 'hairless' Paris; that will give you enough ammo for me and Elf for quite awhile.

Cheers - hope your holiday is going well, what is your weather like now and how is my Miguel Batista? I see he's also sporting a Grecian type beard . Take thine father to a game while you are on break.
