Awww... as soon as my beta is back and I've had my holidays, I'll start to post the sequel. And all my stories have a happy ending, so no worries. :)

I have two golden rules for my fic writing: a) everybody rides happy into the sunrise in the end, b) none of my main characters dies. This was my first POTC fic ever, and I had to get to know the characters first. :) So the happy ending is delayed, but not called off :)

Oh dear - I hope the lovely Beckettes all over the world will forgive me. LORD Beckett is just so deliciously evil and I worship Tom Hollander; I'm afraid he'll continue to be like that in the sequel. Never let a great villain go unused, I say! (There must be a pun in there...) ;-)

Beckington = Beckett / Norrington? Well, now that's quite something...
