I would really love to play with the fact that a bunch of nutcases think Diana is the Cainite messiah and that she spent the six months before her arrival tied up in a warehouse, being fed on my an insane cult of vampires. I fail at thinking of anything they have as 'secrets' at the moment, since Carol doesn't have a past, Ivy does what she wants and Johnny's Johnny. oo1) Can he know the name of your character before they are introduced? Sure. Zoey’s full name is Zoey Irulan Westen, if that matters. Ingress is just... Ingress. Ingress of the House of Arch if you want to get all title-y.

He can know pretty much anything about Zoey (not that she has too many deep dark secrets; I can figure out the what’s and why’s, though)... except her being a seer. He can certainly pick up on there being more to her than first appears, I think. Ingress... well, most everything. Again, there’s not a whole lot of deep darkness going on with her; other than the shit she’s experienced. Let me ponder the exact ones for a bit? Mostly so that’ll give me time to actually figure that out. XD
