Only two things can happen every year hon. You can get a year older. Or you can die.

I'm 37 and I have my health. I should be good for another 37..maybe longer since life expectancies keep going up. Just enjoy the birthday and have some cake.

I know :/ I don't want to die. But at the same time I'm dreading how I'm going to feel emotionally when I wake up Monday morning. For some reason I can't get it through my head that it's "just a number".

Sweetie we've gone over this. Age ain't nothing but a number. You only feel as old as you act. Trust me, you don't act 30 and you don't look it either.
