I KNOW. Summer has fled and now it is dead. And I spent so much of it in school: Driver's Ed (hell on wheels. HA HA HA), Stanford (but that was mostly goofing around), and now APUSH HOMEWORK. THIS IS SO ILLEGAL. What inspiring woman are you interviewing?
oooh i should interview you kathy! the last person i asked was a phone sex operator (i didn't know that before i asked for something inspiring she's done...) anyways...what have you done to benefit womankind?
Lesseeeee...I've educated women that pass through my life in terms of my career in Montessori in the art of child rearing. I have helped families avoid the problems they face with the current child from recurring with future siblings. I've given support, answers and most of all an understanding ear. I do the same through LJ, where my FL is mostly comprised of women.
I've also raised a strong daughter and hopefully influenced my neice as well.
I've been a rock of a role model and bringer of effectual change at work in the arena of basic respect and fair pay to those from other countries afraid to stand up for what's important to them and owed to them according to the State of California Labor Board. People afraid to make waves for fear of losing their job, which could lead to the loss of their work visa and mean an untimely end to their stay in this country.
i got away without doing the second history summer reading :P
i never got anything about an interview thing, though. amy told me yesterday... and i stared at her blankly... we were going to interview some random british girl here but that ended within 2 seconds of "your questions are too vague, and i need to go do laundry"
other than me and alice and hannah, do you know if anyone else is going to china??? well, obviously they are, but who? hanging out with alice in china sounds... well... ok i'll stop right there. hannah and i will have fun.
