Someone--someone indulged in the deep, deep and unintentionally unintentional issues-
issues that bring us together while they tear us apart.
Ripping, raging, ruefully ranting-raving about reproductive rights
Risqué ramblings on irritating topics relating

Ew, religion. I must confess, however, I always liked the organ music, and it would probably be nice to believe in a higher power. As long as he loved you unconditionally and didn't send down hoards of locusts to punish nonbelievers or whatever that was all about. God is such a drama queen. I particularly like the end of your poem--"rightfully fade away" is the PERFECT phrase. Does religion really "rule in urban states"? Is my perspective skewed from living in the bay area my whole life? Good poem, though. Ravishing alliteration.
