This doesn't go in order of Season or whatever else. Just take the characters as they are and go with it from there.

Begging for Affections

Willow Rosenberg fell in love.
But the one she fell in love with, Kennedy, didn’t have feelings for Willow.
Willow was saddened. She fell into a deep and near-irreversible despair. She consulted friends, family (like that would help) and even Giles for advice and support.
They tried, but offered her nothing she could use to lift her hopes.
Xander suggested telling Angel, but Willow dismissed the idea.
“No,” she said, trying to be optimistic, “I can find something else.”

Willow couldn’t eat or sleep for days. This sickened her, and she couldn’t bring herself out of the hole she’d continued to dig.
Day in and day out, she pleaded, begged, cried and still..nothing worked.
Nothing could get through to Kennedy.
She and Kennedy talked online often, so Willow had a lot of opportunities to see Kennedy..and realize over and over again that Kennedy didn’t mirror her feelings.

Willow looked online and in her books for Love spells (and Curses..).
She continued to search for some token of her love for Kennedy to see and make her realize how Willow felt. Kennedy still refused her feelings.
Over and over again, Willow tried to make Kennedy understand.
Kennedy finally got upset and refused to speak to Willow.

Again, Willow sunk into a depression.
She had suicidal thoughts, feelings of deep anger and rage.
She looked for even darker magicks than she was prone to.
After getting online one day to continue her search, she met Kennedy again online and considered talking.
Instead she deleted Kennedy’s name from her list.

She was on for hours on end, not growing tired of searching. Her searches started drifting from magicks to anime and other things.
It was about one a.m. when she got a message.

The two started talking. The other person was interested in magicks as well and currently lived in Sunnydale.

Her name…
Was Tara.
