Can they make a movie without a romance plot hidden in there? Is it possible?

I've met a cute boy, a nice boy. I REALLY like him. He's the weird kind that doesn't tell me how much he likes me, just makes lots of efforts to kiss my forehead and do those sweet things that says he likes me.

donnie darko doesn't have much of a romance plot... much of one... jackie brown and resevoir dogs don't have much of romance in 'em. (jackie brown just has bursts of weird lust that end up creepy.) boondock saints doesn't... dark star doesn't...
