Background: I received a courtesy call yesterday about a job I was pretty sure I would get - letting me know that my referees checked out and that the paperwork was going up to HR and that they would offer me the position when they had organised the paperwork. Yes, was definately planning on being there Tuesday morning. And I can't imagine they will get mobilised that quickly to get me to Sydney, so I will not be called away - i.e. I am coming.
