I have this coworker that is driving me insane. Apparently i have been angering her for weeks but rather than telling me about it, she has been holding it in and just getting mad....and actively ignoring me. Since she is one of the people who is supposed to be teaching me my job, this is really annoying

She knows you're smarter than she is, and she feels threatened. If she's that neurotic, you should probably just make her quit.
