New Book Challenge 2008 - 6/52 - Review - Summer Term at Trebizon
Sixth New Book of the year has been read. As always, the list is here.
It's the Summer Term of Rebecca Mason's first year at the famous Trebizon School, but in among the fun of learning to surf and taking part in a sponsored surf for the school's charity week, Rebecca is having problems with her Maths, and is in danger of being put down to the Beta Stream, and she is not being helped by the new Maths Teacher, Mr Maxwell, who doesn't seem to be helping he at all. The term culminates with Rebecca scoring only 28% on a Maths Exam she thought she had done okay on, after coaching form one of the prefects, but all is right in the end as Mr Maxwell is revealed to be not all that he seems.
Am working my way through The Great Big Glorious Book for Girls, so will post about that when finished.
