I'm not sure exactly what you're trying to do with these, though.
You can hotlink to photobucket or a place like that as long as it's your own account, right? Are these so other people can save them and use them? If so, they should save them and put them on their own server.
If you want the color bar to be a link to another site, though, I know how to do that.

But hmmmmmmm photobucket is free, so maybe I *can* do that.

I assumed I wouldn't need a photobucket account because I already had my own webspace to upload my pic to. But I thought this would be the best solution. Just makes it simpler - I can give ppl a code that they copy and paste, and it's done. No need for anyone to change anything.
