My quest to regain my former self has once again hit a milestone...

-35lbs down!

Huzzah! Still not seeing/feeling any difference in my body, but the scale doesn't lie.

Now only 15lbs from my pre-Pennsic goal.

I've been eating better, only drinking water for the most part...not a pound!

Not sure really. I mean I eat mostly veggies, and stay under 1200 calories a day. I exercise for an hour on the bike everyday. And I am taking ephedra on top of it for hunger control. So the usual stuff. But the exercise is key I think.
I went on a liquid veggie juice fast last week for 4 days and it really jump started my weightloss after a 2 week lull.
Whenever I get above a certain weight and then diet I am usually able to part with it relatively easily. I have noticed as Ive been getting older it takes a bit longer then it used to but it still comes off at a much faster rate then most people I know. My body does not like to be fat. Pudgy yes, fat no. ;)
