yup, that's got sugar in it

So far in this no-refined-sugar month, my favorite thing is that I've learned a ton, and it's only been 10 days. One big thing I'm learning is exactly how many common foods (as well as edible fake food, e.g. twinkies) have sugar added to them. I knew this in general already, and I suspect most of you did, but now I've got a lot more details ( Read more... )

I endorse Fritos, as they have only 3 ingredients: Corn, corn oil, and salt.

Fritos also make a great starch for chili.
