Will was never a big believer in spirits. He tended to put his faith in what he could actually see for himself, not fanciful notions of things that could never be proven. He believed in solid things like hard work and good deeds and keeping to one's place in society

People not staying dead? I live in a world like that too. People you think are gone suddenly appear and people you thought you knew aren't who they should be. *sigh* Crazy way to live! But there are some constants in the world too. You just have to be open to seeing them.
